If you have a reservation for 1-3 rooms, you can settle the room bill when you arrive. If you book 4 or more rooms, we issue a 50% deposit invoice, which we send to you via e-mail. Payment is required within 8 days. For all bookings, please provide us with your following information:

The reservation (in case of a maximum of 3 rooms) can be cancelled free of charge 3 days prior to planned arrival, but if it happens within 3 days we have to charge a 100% cancellation fee based on our policy.

If you wish to cancel a booking of 4 or more rooms, the cancellation conditions can be found in the General Terms and Conditions.

If the booking is cancelled by our side, we will of course refund the deposit and will not charge any costs.

You can check-in from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out until 10:00 on the day of departure.

We have paid maximum attention to continuous cleanliness in our guest house, but in view of the virus situation, we carry out disinfection several times a day. In addition, breakfast is served by our staff wearing masks, and we have placed hand sanitizers in several places in the Guest House.

We are aware of the situation the virus caused, so we handle the cancellations due to covid flexibly. We offer our guests alternative dates or reorganize their reservations in the act of good faith. If the full amount is paid by bank transfer by the original date of arrival, we will provide another date within 30 days.
